01) Sealed Tenders in the prescribed form in conformity with detailed tender call notice to be eventually drawn up in OMC F-2 Agreement are invited from the eligible class of Contractors, Registered with State PWD/CPWD/Railways/Govt. Undertakings for the following work:-

02. SALE OF TENDER PAPER:
-Tender papers shall be sold in the office of the Sr. Manager(C),
OMCLimited, Bhubaneswar / Manager(Civil), Barbil & Dy. Manager(Civil),
Gandhamardan, OMC. up to 5 P.M. on 10-3-0-5, who have applied for the
same before 1.00 PM of last date of sale of Tender Paper on payment of
cost ( non refundable)of tender paper by cash. Tenderer applying for
tender paper should produce original valid Registration Certificate,
Original EPF Registration documents, valid STCC / ITCC.& Experience
Certificate.
03. EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT: - Earnest Money is to be deposited in
shape of Pay Order/Bank Draft in favour of OMC Limited on any
Nationalized Bank payable at Bhubaneswar.
04. SUBMISSION OF TENDER:- The tender documents will be received
in the Office of the Sr. Manager(Civil), OMC.Ltd., Bhubaneswar/
Manager(Civil),OMC, Barbil/ Dy. Manager(Civil), OMC, Gandhamrdan, up to
3.30 PM. On 11-03-05.
05. DATE AND TIME OF OPENING OF TENDER:- The tenders shall be
opened at 4.00 PM on 14-03-05 at Head Office,OMC, Bhubaneswar in
presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives.
06. Failure to deposit required amount of EMD and documents such as
Xerox copy of the valid STCC, ITCC. Registration Certificate, proof of
EPF Registration, and DTCN signed by the Agency is liable for rejection.
07.The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without
assigning any reason thereof.
