Sealed quotations in the prescribed form are invited from the interested parties for purchase of following quantities of rough granite blocks of various dimensions.

Date and Time of submission of tender : 1.03.2005 at 3 PM
Date and time of opening of quotations : 1.03.2005 at 3.30 P.M.
1) The tenderer may quote for any or all the above quantities with earnest money (refundable on written request) at the rate of 5% of quoted value in shape of Bank Draft / Pay Order drawn in favour of Orissa Mining Corporation Limited, Bhubaneswar on any Nationalised Bank operating at Bhubaneswar. Quotations not accompanied with earnest money shall be rejected.
2) Tenderer(s) or their authorised representative(s) can inspect the materials at site(s) on prior arrangement with the Deputy General Manager (Geo.), Orissa Mining Corporation Limited, Bhubaneswar on any working day.
3) The prescribed tender schedules with detailed terms and conditions will be available for sale with the Deputy General Manager( Geology), Orissa Mining Corporation Limited, OMC House, Bhubaneswar on all working days from 10.2.2005 to 28.2.2005 on payment of Rs.100.00 (Rupees one hundred) only ( Non-refundable)
4) The OMC reserves right to accept or reject any or all tender (s) without assigning any reason thereof.
